I bought a house recently, which came with a tenant, behind in the rent of course.

His gas heating was off due to non payment of $2500, he wanted to know if I would pay for a wood stove, chimney, and related materials if he would do the installation for free. He couldn't believe how mean I was not to let him cut a hole in the side of the house!

I just finished throwing the last of his belongings in the dumpster.

I will admit, to getting a great deal on this house. I might do a skip trace on him to find my next great motivated seller.
