Single Family Residential: This is obvious

Multi-Family Residential: 2-4 units

Multi-Family Commercial: 5+ units

Apartment Complexes Commercial: Also 5+ units (same as above)

Retail Commercial: Again, this one is obvious.

Are you trying to find out if people are intersted in say 5-30 units or 31+ units, or something like that? As it's written, choices 3 and 4 are the same thing, and should probably be added together for accurate results. At least that's how the terminology is interpreted in my neck of the woods.

You could break it down like this:

SFR's
2-4 units
5-50 units
51+ units
retail commercial
