I'm glad to see that so many people here are actually DOING "no money down" deals.

Finally proof for the ones that ask...."so can you REALLY buy RE without a down payment".

I was tempted to use my own money for down payments but everything I read said don't. I'm glad I listened. All my deals are 100% financed.

All my purchases are really no-money downs cause the down is relative to the way I roll in and out.

My very first property was a "no money down" deal. From that deal, I've bought four others; with a foreclosure we just got, I use another's money.

I'm learning more about Lease Options. I think I'm going to try one or two.
