I am 54 years young and have not yet made my first deal, but I am working hard at it. It becomes a little difficult when you have a 9 to 5 JOB (Just Over Broke), but will be eligible for retirement in a few months, at which time I should have enough knowledge and maybe even a deal or two under my belt. I will be taking some time off (with pay) to go with a fellow newbie investor and we will help each other with what we have learned. We do have knowledgeable investors in case of questions and help. We (my and the other newbie) belong to the same REI club.
As I always say, Happy House Hunting (H3)

The results will be somewhat skewed as the age categories overlap. They should be 20-29, 30-39, etc. For example, I'm 40 this year and could have fallen in two different age ranges.
