The Ultimate Buying

This is my 4th investor course that I have acquired. It is by far my favorite! First of all this course was written by a guy who is in the trenches and REALLY does real estate investing. Buy and sell 10-15 houses a month, sound crazy? Call his office they are actually doing this stuff not just printing courses. Believe me I called. Like Larry Goins says “If you do not have a system, you just have a hobby” That’s exactly what this course is A System. My favorite part of this course is the “live calls” with realtors, FSBO’s and Tenant buyers. My weakness in investing has been the fear of speaking on the phone to realtors etc..(Which is odd since I speak for a living) but from the first cd you put in you get a warm sincere feeling about Larry Goins. He’s soft spoken but don’t let that fool you because he is also a very fierce negotiator. I can honestly say that one of the technology tips that Larry gives in his course has completely upgraded my business to an entire new level of professionalism. The property analyzer software that comes with it has me making offers with confidence. I will say it again THIS COURSE IS A SYSTEM. I have read my share of courses and a lot of good ones but if you need something that takes you from beginning to end without getting lost in the middle. I would recommend The Ultimate Buying and Selling Machine.
