Quick Start Real Estate Guide

The poorest font I have ever seen in a .pdf file. After you get by the font you have to fight to understand the grammer and spelling. After that if you can follow the flow and gain one new concept, good luck. He starts out by saying the best $19.95 you will ever spend. I say I am glad to know that I will never buy anything from this author again.
