Anybody Hear Of The PHP Program?!?
I have heard people talk about this PHP program at my local RE club meetings. Apparently there is this "Professional Housing Provider" designation for Real Estate Investors - this attempts to qualify investors who have a good core education of Real Estate Law, Guidelines, Strategies, etc.
Anybody hear of it? Does anybody have any opinions of it?

The PHP designation stands for Professional Housing Provider, and is a nationwide education-based certification program sponsored and overseen by the National Real Estate Investor’s Association.
