The Purpose of TCI Online Groups TCI Groups is designed for real estate clubs/groups like yours that have a focus on Real Estate Investing. The purpose of creating a TCI Online Group is to have a full featured website and online presence that will incorporate national exposure, revenue building and the latest technology for Real Estate Investing Groups and Clubs catering to professional real estate investors. We have created TCI Online Groups based on our own local group's (www.ccric.com) needs and have expanded it out for other Real Estate Investing Clubs to use. But don't get us wrong. If you think you have a feature that your group needs, talk to us and we can probably put it into the next feature update. NOTE: You don't just have to use the standard yourclub.tcinvestor.com domain name to get to your new website. You can also use a www.yourdomain.com web address to point to your website. If you have a standard domain and would like for it to point to your TCI Online Website, please just contact us and we will make that available to you. Please call support at 336-841-7241. Easily Manageable Within your Group's online website, you will be able to let members manage their own account. It will also use data that your members fill in on their TCI online account in addition to giving your group to manage itself. We feel by providing this service, TCI will be THE "Real Estate Investing" website people will want to go to manage their properties, network with other investors, and have fun. We think that by people signing up for a TCI account, it will consolidate our Real Estate Investing information at the same time providing valuable sales and services to groups like yours at lower prices. By creating an online group, you will get better national exposure for your club than having your own website in addition to many other feature that will help you manage your own club. Current TCI Online Group Features Members can automatically join your group by clicking on a 'Join This Group' link You can assign mulitple administrators of the group so you don't have to do all the management yourself. You can fully customize the colors and styles of your website to match your current websites color theme. You can add in the email list of your current group (Mass Adding Tool), and if they already have a TCI account they will be joined with your club. If the emails from your email list do not match up with an email on file currently, you have the option of sending out a Mass Invitation to your members encouraging them to sign up. Send out an email to your group. Add events to your groups calendar. Bring in properties 'For Sale' on your groups web site. Upload your logo to be used around your custom website, articles and newsletter. Upload files for your subscribed members to download and see.
