How to use the Forums
If you haven't participated in the forums yet, you should be. Great real estate professionals new and experienced are solving everyday problems there.
In this tutorial, we will show you all the ins and outs of using our forums here. From using this tutorial, you will be able to find out how the forum works and how to post your own questions and answer peoples posts.
To start off with, make sure you are logged into the site. You can tell you are logged in by clicking on the Login tab at the top of the page. If the next page you see prompts you to log in, you know that you weren't logged in.
Great, we are logged in and ready to start posting our money making questions in the forum! First, click on the Forums tab at the top menu bar right near the Login tab where we clicked earlier.
At the beginning of the main Forum page you will find several different categories on what topics to talk about. Find the topic that most interests you and select it. For this demonstration we will choose the General Questions forum.

When you click on the Form Category you want, you will find a bunch of topics that are currently being discussed. You can reply to current topics that are currently going on or start your own topic. Let's start our own topic.

Lets post a new topic to the forum, shall we?? Click on the Post Topic button at the top right hand corner of the forum and we should be home free.

Here we will see the main forum post area. We can select an icon or a silly face to put in with our post. Choose the icon that fits you. When we are done typing in our selection into text box, you can choose to get replies to your topic emailed back to you. They are sent to you by default. After choosing to get the replies emailed to you, click Submit to post your topic.

As you will notice when you use the forum, everybody who uses it has a rank. This rank will increase as you start using the forum. Also, we enjoy receiving your new posts, but remember we do moderate the discussions.
What other stuff does your Forum Provide?
- Search bar at the top of the forum.
This allows you to get the latest information at the click of the mouse.
- Edit and Deletion of your own posts
This is a great tool. We have all posted questions that we wish we would have refraised or spelled correctly. This tool allows you to go back and change what you wrote previously.
- Profiles and contact information below the posts
Information of the person who wrote the post is located at the bottom of their posts. This allows you to get in contact with that person very quickly. Remember emails will show up as a sentence instead of email address.
