Hi there... I am trying to come up with a creative way to purchase some property in Canada and need suggestions. I have already gone the route of relatives, friends and other referrals. Everyone likes the deal, but no one is in a position to loan the money in the time frame that I need it (which is real soon before it is sold to someone else). The property is about 1,000 acres of heaven for about $350,000 (US). The owner will no carry a LC. I have considered private LC inventors but don't know where to go. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

How's your deal coming along?
I'm from Ontario, and have some private lender contacts.

Private message me and I can forward them to you.
