Hello All,

Need some help to create a business card. I can figure out what goes on the front (eg, name, phone, etc). I also wanted to use the back of the card for advertisement purposes. The ad on the back should say that help in Foreclosures, Rent, Buy, Lease w/option to Buy, etc.

Your help will be greatly appreciated!!!

thx - suh771

How will you be handing out your cards?

If you hand your business card to a financially distressed homeowner you've just met, there is no real need to list your 'services' on the back.

I doubt that the would keep it and risk having it fall out of their wallet in full view of their friends, family, or business acquaintanceships.

I would consider the understated heading, 'confidential realty services'
on a very simple card.

Just my $.02

Take it from someone that used to be in the business of designing business cards for people, kind the back of the card blank.

Especially for RE investing, it is important to give the customer a place to write down important stuff. The back of the card is the best place.

Whether they need your services or not, people have a tendency to pick BC's with blank backs when they're speaking with someone that's giving them a number or something. They will also keep it longer because it now has other info on it as well.

So start leaving them in those stop-go gas stations and quick stop groceries.

Mine is swaddled in simplicity. If they're in trouble, they'll know what you do.

Mine has my website which is my name dotcom, my email, my cell number, and the words "Foreclosures-development-Investments" and the Region I work which is stated as "California to Costa Rica"

Its simple and clean lined, on parchment paper. It has brought me investors with cash. Lucky me. -MakoShark
