Can anybody recommend a good short sale Attorney to handle my short sale leads? It is getting to time consuming to work on several short sales at one time. Thanks

You certainly don't need to hire an attorney to "do all the work" except for legal oversight on the closing(s).
There are many skilled "short sale choreographers" out there who, for a reasonable fee, would likely handle
"all the work" involved.

I would check craigslist and local REI groups or a hungry underemployed RE Broker/agent.

there are alot of skilled short sale negotiators out there who can do what you need. No need to play trial and error with an unskilled agent.

My partner and I do short sales. My partner is an excellent negotiator. My forte is board hustling. He found that the attorneys were asking too much to do what he could do so we quit using them.
