Posted: 07:49 on 09-25-2008 There is a little secret I tell about in my E-Course and it has to do with pvt money. One thing I do is search for people with their houses paid off that I know and I approach them about taking an equity loan and letting me use it for a return. I have two people that I do this with and have access to 500k all the time at my fingertips. Its can be a huge turning point in your business and its something that most people never even think about to consider. Posted: 09:41 on 09-25-2008 The other trick I am trying is searching state records for private money lenders that have loaned before. Many times their contact info is there in the public records.
