I am a property owner/manager of a SFR, Duplex & Fourplex for last 6 years. I am a California DRE Licensed Salesperson working under a broker. I am just (2nd month) starting to manage other peoples properties. I am hoping to increase my customer/owner base, I would like to manage 50 to 100 Front Doors in the next 5 years.
I need the correct software or program to do this. Please tell me what software/program you would recommend.
