i'm thinking about going through this company bgs3 for short sale.... anyone heard anything about bgs3.

For myself, I would never go with a company who was so cheap they violated the forum rules by trying sneak in two urls to their web site in their post.

Chapter 1 is devoted to Subject To course writers and their assigned board hustlers who post, "I am thinking about...Has anyone heard of...Does anyone have this course..."
Chapter 2 is on Lease/Options and then I cover all the other real estate investing methods in additional chapters.

That's hilarious!
By the way, since we are on the topic, has anyone heard of Joe Schmoe? I hear he has the greatest real estate Course in the universe. Does anyone know if that's true? It's called "Joe Schmoe's Cash Flows." I also heard that his students are making millions per year. I wonder if it's really that easy to make money using his unique system. I also wonder if I should go to his site at www.LetMeRipYouOff.com and order his system right now!
