I'd like to make contact with others who have any experience (good or bad) with David Lindahl's coaching program.

I'm seriously considering the investment. The price tag is significant and I'd like to compare notes with someone who has been down this road before me if possible.

A buddy did one of these program and it was 7500... The books and CDs are gather dust on the shelf's. He could make the principal of the program work in this area.

Eh... i think all those "real estate gurus" repackage same crap over and over. In those seminars, they tell u not to record their stuff b/c that stuff is "intellectual property". Puh-lease.

Get a book from your local library. You'll learn the same stuff. And read a lot on internet. I guarantee you... you will learn the SAME stuff.

The main advantage of a mentor is that he/she will hold your hand through a deal or two. You can learn anything you need to know through various books and educational products at a fraction of the cost. But getting past analysis paralysis is what a mentor can help with. Not a bad way to go IF you are in a position to move on deals right now.

I let (and encourage) my students to record. Does that mean I have no intellect? LOL

I got this book from the library that was written in the 80's (or maybe 90's) by this retired ex-NFL player (for free b/c it was public library)... i forget his name. Then my friend bought one of these real estate guru's program for $5k.

Guess what? They teach you the same thing.

Forget the gurus. Start using your library.
