Well I was informed by a forum member that its not designed to do a double closing w/ a subject to...
so...

How about doing a contract assignment? Has any wholesaler assigned a contract subject-to the existing mortgage to an investor?
If so, please tell me how it went... thanks

I haven't done it myself, but I know that it can be done. As far as I know it is no different from any other contract assignment. I would just want to be assured that the end buyer has the means to make the payments. Wraparound mortgages can also come into play here.
