Hi,
Recently I found out that you need to be a broker/dealer to do MH business in Florida.I read and re-read all the posts as well as visited the DMV website for details.Now I have a fair idea of the requirements,but some of the requirements I may not be able to comply like a commerical office space and stuff..I have also read on Edward Tew's net lease with option to buy method..but since Iam a newbie Iam a bit scared to do that...
So my question is.Any dealer or broker in Florida ready to take me under him/her to do the deals?
I believe thats the best thing to do if you want to do business in fla without having a licence....

I had a mobile home park and i was approached by the county and did that. Essentially pinellas county was a little over 200 bucks and I had to go to a course. The commercial office could be located in your home. all they are worried about is getting there taxes paid on the resale of the mobiles. If you have some mobiles to sell contact me there are other creative ways to do the deals here in florida.

Yes im a broker and just now getting my license I have my own office I usaully deal withthe Repos I have a huge list that gets updated once a month and I have a couple of banks that I have been working withAs far as the other guys post it costs almost $400 for license and you have to take a class which is $200 and then you have to have a bond which for me was the hardest part,and you can not work out of your house I wish you have to have a office that is zoned for a auto dealer or some thing of that sort and be approved by the DMV but the office only has to be 150 sqft or more.But I did it.Im I am looking for people to help me out,My lists covers almost the whole state.some house are cheap and some are not to cheap but .There is really god profit to be made in these house I made $6600 the first sale which was great and very ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***he people havent even been to the house yet and have only seen pictures but but I have been very honest with them so im sure they will recomend me to friends.Well if you are interested we can talk more.

I buy and sell repo's in Florida and have no dealers licence, but I put them on land
and sell the land and home together.
I believe this is legal.
