can someone tell me what all a house needs to get uncondemned? i'm considering buying a house that was condemned, but needs very little work. they fought to get it condemned and i don't think that it will take much to get it back up.

What was the reason it was condemmed in the first place?

Call the city. Our city has one lady that deals with only that, condemned properties.

Typically it will still have to pass a few other checklist points other than what caused it to become condemned in the first place, if i remember correctly.

remember it would be bank fraud to get a loan on the property w/o telling the bank/broker it's condemned.
