Posted: 14:22 on 10-15-2007 can someone tell me what all a house needs to get uncondemned? i'm considering buying a house that was condemned, but needs very little work. they fought to get it condemned and i don't think that it will take much to get it back up. Our city has one lady that deals with only that, condemned properties. Typically it will still have to pass a few other checklist points other than what caused it to become condemned in the first place, if i remember correctly.
