what is the best way to find out about pre-foreclosures

what are pre-foreclosures and how are they better then properties already foreclosed by the bank

which is a better deal a pre-foreclosed or one already listed at the bank as foreclosed

can i make money with pre-foreclosures even if i dont have money if so how

is this a good area to start in as new REI

how should i approach investors in nyc and what type should i be looking out for to work closely with finding properties for them that may be foreclosed or pre-foreclose ones
