Question: I have a seller who is facing foreclosure but has not recieved the notice from the sheriff dept. yet. I am getting all of the information together to send off to present to the 1st and 2nd to short sale this property. The problem is that the seller's second is with Beneficial and they keep giving me the run around in regards to getting in to contact with their foreclosure dept. Has anyone dealt with them before?
