Has anyone had any dealings in Short Sales with Homecoming Financial out of Texas? If so please let me know how it went. Might be dealing with them real soon.

I have to get in touch with them too. The numer that I have 800 206 2901 does not work. If you have their contact information, I would love to have it.

Thanks in advance,
Robert.

Since they service many different types of loans for many different investors... and they have specific reps for each class of loan servicing requirements, it's best to begin by calling the person/department on the last correspondence that the homeowner has received from the mortgagee (not the mortgagee's attorney).

Be nice to everyone you speak with. Dumb it down. Gather as much info as you can.

I would be interested in finding out how this works for you. I had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. But ended up getting the house anyway.

Good luck

Lori

About 3 years ago I did a short sale with them and everything went quite well. Their second was a home equity loan. I believe that I was dealing with someone in PA.
