Wells Fargo Home Loans and Wells Fargo Bank are two different entities and therefore have two different Loss Mitigation departments.
Wells Fargo Home Loans # is: 877-216-8448
Wells Fargo Bank is: 866-470-5230

The Wells Fargo Bank number rarely leads to a live person. They say they will return calls in 48 hours. Good luck with that. If you have a better number I would love to have it.

Deutsche (sic?) Bank, last I heard, is only taking their requests via fax for info on their REO properties. Very annoying.

With all due respect to everyone that posted numbers on the forum I would not write them down in ink as it is common for many of the servicers/lenders to change phone & fax numbers often for those depts. Some on a quarterly basis (approx). It is intentional as it is to their (lender's) benefit to force you to go through the collections dept to obtain this information & many times that's as far as you will get (by design).
