Anxious MH owner called me today-wants to sell his 1978 DWMH said he did alot of work on it added a xtra bathroom now 3/2 about 700sq ft. He owes 20k on an eqity loan 30yr interest free adj rate loan $70 a month (he's 2 months behind he said) says he is going to file bankruptsy soon. Did some due dilligence in public records and found just the recent home eq loan on 7/28/04 and that he bought it for 29,500 on 2/26/04. It appears it's attached to the property according to public records not really sure. He said he wants out-I'm not real familar with MH as u can tell-feedback please

Your statement that it is a "DW" double wide and the sq ft is "700" ... I would check on the actual size. This seems small for a double wide. To make 700 sq ft I used 20x35 to equal 700.
