I'm an amature. So far I've found that the court house and newspaper notices provide decent leads. I have been putting in about 5 hrs. a week looking for these properties just through these two types of sources. I haven't put an ad in the newspaper myself yet. Is there anywhere else I can find more sources?

As a Realtor in Arizona, I get a foreclosure list from my title company every 2 weeks. My last list had 420 properties on it.

Find a realtor in your area and ask them to get a list from a title company that they know.

RealtyTrac . com has realtors in all areas that know about foreclosures.
