I own a property in Chandler that I have been using as a rental, however I have been taking a huge loss on a monthly basis. I need to sell ASAP to avoid foreclsoure (trying to save my credit), all payments and taxes are current. Mortgage balance $267K. House next door (also a former model) is on market for $269 and is about 800 sq fet smaller. Based upon the realtors that I have spoken to, they say it will take about 4-6 months to sell the house. I would rather not wait. Just checked house last weekend and no repairs needed, everything is excellent including freshly cleaned carpets. Anybody out there willing to talk business?
