Had a hit on 10 post cards. Set up meeting everything went well. Did mini search at court house. Call bank no problem! Went back to house knocked on door no one home. Turned to leave a truck pulled up. Guy get outs starting talking turns out he did a $10,000 concrete job for her! He had not been paid in 90 days and was on his way to file a mechanics Lien !!!!

So you can't find the homeowner now?

You may want to contact the utility company because if the utilities are still on, then the person may have moved and the bill is being sent somewhere else. If not, then you can hire a private investigator to track down the person for you. That is if you still want to pursue the deal this far in the game. If not, then go get another deal instead of wasting your time on this one.
