I am trying to find out if it is possible to either take over the mortgage or buy a home already in foreclosure . My husbands aunt is in foreclosure with a sale date a month from now .
Tried to work something out with Wells Fargo however they seem to be playing games . I have faxed her income info over 3 times .
She has already been in bankruptsy more then once and dropped it due to problems beyond her control . now we just want to save the home she is not on the street . IS there away out of this other then bankruptsy or sherrif sale ???? I dont know where to turn . called foreclosure bailout companies and they want 900 dollars to help ..
IF she cannot work out a plan or find away to save this home in her own name I would like to buy the home myself so she does not loose it all together . IS this possible with short notice and no money down and no money for closing ?? Can the mortgage be transfered to another ? Can the home be sold for what she owes only ??? and if so how is this done ? I dont even know where to start .. PLease help
