First, let me say thanks to those who have answered my previous questions. You have been a big help.
I am in the state of Georgia and I have had no luck at the courthouse with the lis penden files. In my county they were listed with all the other liens. So it was like a needle in a haystack. The ones I did find were not foreclosures, but divorce cases. I even used the names from the legal notices in the paper and worked in reverse to try to find the properties I knew were being foreclosed on. I could not even find them. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place? Help!
