I am a new baby in the real estate deal and I have already flipped 2 properties. Now I am interested in foreclosure sales. Can anyone help me in this area? I need to know the procedures...Thanks in Advance

Since you are from Chicago, I would say go to the Sales downtown which are held everyday and learn what the process is first hand. There are some people that go there everyday who might be able to teach you. Go to the Daley Center on the 8th floor and ask for "The Law Bulletin" in their you will find all the address of all the Sale in the 7counties. Good Luck
