My house is located at 31 Frederick Drive
Bayville, NJ.
I have been involved with the HRS Holding
Fraud lenders for 4 1/2 yrs and in litigation
over my house for 4 yrs.
Mr. Frank PUllano, pres of HRS Holding
bought my house at sheriff sale and was
supposed to sell it back to me and he
didnt. HRS filed bankruptcy 2 yrs ago and
before they did, Mr. Pullano transferred
title of my home to his personal name.
Wells Fargo gave him a mortgage without
doing a thorough title search. A judge
told Mr. PUllano he couldnt sell my home
because of our case against him for
fraud and so he didnt pay the mortgage
and Well Fargo put my house into the
Sheriffs sale for 9/16/03. Wells Fargo
knew of the litigation before they
seized the house for sheriff sale.
Mr Pullano has been fined over $2million
dollars for fraud in Monmouth County
court house in Freehold, NJ. and
consumers affairs in Neward, NJ has
an ongoing case against Mr. Pullano
for fraud.
The Ocean County Sheriffs office says
that they dont have to investigate--
they just sell houses.

I am asking people not to attend the
Sheriff Sale if my lawyer doesnt get it
stopped.

I now have lost my home and about
$48,000. Mr. Pullano is a fraudulent
thief.

All I wanted was my house back and
Mr. Pullano made sure that I didnt
get it back.
He is now in Florida. So beware of
any dealings with him.

Joyce
