There
isn't one. There is no magical, get rich quick know-it-all secret
course that
will tell you something that is so revolutionary that you will make
millions of
dollars practically overnight. Come on. You don't really believe that,
do you?
Most
of
the real estate gurus did in fact learn the hard way. I did too. I lost
my job
after spending ten years in the rent-to-own industry. I was broke and
seemingly
destined for certain financial ruin. It's the same story, with a little
different twist. I was like a deer in headlights - I didn't know if I
was
coming or going and I didn't know what to do. The bills piled up, and
fast. I
had to think of, and do, something. But I didn't know what.
After
I
finally snapped out of my jobless trance, I unleashed my energy and
communication skills on my commitment to client services as a
commercial real
estate consultant. And I did very, very well. In fact, I did so well in
my
first year that I nearly tripled my previous annual salary. I did so
well in my
first year that I earned enough money to rank as the number 3 agent in
a huge,
national commercial real estate firm. But I realized that the fortunate
few who
had what I really wanted, which was the financial security to do what I
wanted
when I wanted (without working myself half to death), were the
investors who
owned commercial real estate.
Leveraging
off my experience as a top real estate consultant, I developed a system
for
buying and selling apartments with incredible returns. In less than two years I was a
multimillionaire and purchased
several hundred units - and I was only in the business TWO YEARS!
I went from nearly losing everything I owned to multimillionaire - in
just two
years.
And I could've
done it faster - had I known what to do.
