The bank told me what work they wanted done. Not knowing what to do, I sought out another friend to show me how to do the estimating. I ended up winning that bid and got the same friend to show me how to do the repair work. To make a long story short, I repaired that house and won another bid. And after the third I decided to repair one for myself.

Problem was, I didn't know anything about what I was doing…only that I was making WAY more money than I had ever done before. Remember, I had no idea how to rehab houses and I was still pulling in big cash.

So I went to one of those big real estate conventions and watched a Real Estate guru parade 7 ordinary people across the stage, each one telling how they had started with nothing and accumulated a lot of wealth investing in real estate.
