The U.S real estate market is growing by leaps and bounds and testimony to this fact is the increasing number of foreigners who have upped their stakes in the real estate market. Many of these businessmen and women have joined the market not because of being born players but due to the increase in the profits, which have been boosted by the weak dollar and lower mortgage rates.
