You can post real estate for sale on www.MySpace.com or even look for deals in your area.

I know everyone is trying to sell real estate on www.CraigsList.com but did you know you can sell real estate on www.MySpace.com? I develop web sites for over 400+ real estate investor clients and they are constantly asking me to find new ways for them to sell real estate online, so one day someone told me they had a profile on MySpace. I thought that was a site for teenagers to meet other teenagers. APPARENTLY NOT! There is a whole new world on MySpace and I'll tell you about a few that could be useful to real estate investors.

Once you set up a profile on My Space, fill out the info about you and what you do (Real Estate Investor) then fill out the basics, so you can be found by the search engines.

Some MySpace pages are ranked high on the search engines. Also you can create a custom MYURL to have a shorter URL on MySpace here is mine if you want to see it:

http://www.myspace.com/prospectizer

Next, you can start a group just like on www.Meetup.com which I have a few groups in the Tampa Bay Area (great for wholesaling real estate or finding partners and private money to fund your deals). To start a group you need to have you profile up for 10 days first then you can start one.

After that click on Classifieds and select REAL ESTATE FOR SALE. You can now list your real estate in there! IT'S OVERLOOKED! I was surprised to find it myself. You can even try to find some deals in this area.

I hope this will get you started. Good luck and get some real estate sold on www.MySpace.com and send me a comment on how it works out for you.
