SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- Integra Realty Resources Inc. announces the opening of a new office in Salt Lake City, Utah. This new location brings to 52 the number of IRR offices nationwide.

Darrin Liddell, a native of the area and a seasoned appraiser, will manage Integra Realty Resources - Salt Lake City. He is charged with helping to grow and manage the largest commercial valuation and consulting firm in Salt Lake City. The new office will specialize in industrial, land, office, retail, multifamily and hospitality. Current clients include, but are not limited to, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Key Bank and Wells Fargo.

"Joining Integra has been my goal since the moment I knew I wanted to service national clients with my local expertise," Liddell said. "We are now in a position to increase our service offerings and resources to our clients."

Salt Lake City and its surrounding areas' continued market growth and positive future projections were key to the decision to open an IRR office there.

"Expansion into the Salt Lake City area was a natural fit for our coverage strategy," said Jeffrey Rogers, Integra Realty Resources president and COO. "It is also a great complement to our other offices in the area."
