NEWPORT BEACH, CA -- Rigorous Certification Standards Ensure TrackMyFile.com Clients' Web Site Privacy
Escrowdesk(SM), LLC, a nationwide software developer of www.TrackMyFile.com, a leading transaction management and digital document storage platform, today announced that it has received a license Certification from TRUSTe(R), a nonprofit organization that monitors and certifies Web site privacy and email policies, practices, and resolution of consumer privacy problems, effective August 2005.

Following TRUSTe's scrutiny of its Web site procedures and disclosures, TrackMyFile passed a rigorous certification process including two automated scans of its Web site to ensure program compliance and monitoring email procedures and email lists requirements. TRUSTe-licensed sites must provide:
* User controls offering email un-subscribe, opt-out and access
management options
* Security measures that ensure Secured Socket Layers (SSLs)
* A complaint resolution process providing comprehensive contact
information for appropriate Web site employees with a link to a
third-party dispute resolution
* A privacy statement
* Consent for receiving any commercial or promotional email
* An affirmative opt-in function for personally identifiable information
(PII) outside party sharing
* Access management permitting users to update stored PII or update by
the Licensee
* Disclosures on any page collecting email regarding the nature of email
messages sent and any sharing of email addresses with third parties
other than service providers
* A complaint resolution process, providing mail infrastructure and
technology accountability
