WOODLAND HILLS, CA -- First Book Released To Help Those In Trouble Successfully Avoid Foreclosure
Realtor's New Book Discusses Personal Foreclosure Experience With Profits Donated To Help Homeowners Avoid Losing Their Homes
Foreclosure: It seems like an epidemic today that can happen to anyone -- including a licensed broker associate of 20 years. Foreclosure is so prevalent in the current market, especially in California, that the stigma is rapidly eroding. As more and more people are forced to talk about their own financial problems that led them down the road to foreclosure, the easier it becomes for others to get the support they need.
For Woodland Hills Realtor Robert Eisenberg, the foreclosure process was a humble awakening that helped him get his priorities in order -- including the importance of family and helping others. That is what prompted him to write Surviving Mortgage Meltdown: Stories of Hope and Inspiration, an easy step-by- step guide to successfully avoiding the foreclosure process. The book outlines not only Robert's own personal struggles, but also how he was able to come out of it better informed and use this knowledge to help others learn from his mistakes.
"The book contains vital information on the state of the real estate market, how we got here in the first place and how to master the often-tricky foreclosure process," says Robert. "Also included will be a list of vocabulary words, all explained in layman's terms, so it's easy to understand. Finally, I included inspirational stories so you don't feel so alone in your struggle."
Book Profits to Be Donated to Help Homeowners Avoid Foreclosure
Although the book can stand on its own merits, what Robert really wanted to do was help homeowners save their homes in the most hands-on way possible. "I am truly interested in helping these people because no one else is on their side. I wrote the book to give homeowners facing these risks vital, straightforward information, but what they really need is money. Let's face it, more than anything else, these people need money."
That's why all the profits (after tax profits) from this book will be donated through Givin' It Back Industries, a nonprofit foundation also started by Robert this year to raise money for those in need of mortgage assistance. Through the 48 Grant, the program is able to give money to hard-working people who are active in trying to keep their homes. A proven success story, Robert has pledged $100,000 to match profits from the sale of "Surviving Mortgage Meltdown."
