Chicago, IL -- Portions of Central England Experiencing Six-and-a-Half Year High in Demand for Commercial Premises Today The British Midlands development Corporation announced that business demand for commercial property in parts of the region is holding steady, with some cities experiencing rental expectations reaching six-and-a-half year highs.
A recent quarterly report conducted by the UK's Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors indicated that investor demand for commercial property in portions of the region was strong and rising across all sectors.
New inquiries in parts of central England rose at their fastest pace in more than two years, with the biggest gains being reflected in the industrial markets.
