Christopher Place is an Ann Arbor, MI-based real estate sponsor and operator of senior housing projects. Since the company's founding in 1990, Christopher Place has acquired over $100 million of senior housing real estate in five Midwest states. The company has 150 employees, seven of whom work in the company's headquarters in The Ponds South.
Christopher Place structures and markets Tenant-in-Common (TIC) investments to accredited investors who are seeking to defer capital gains through a 1031 exchange on prior real estate investment sales, and are looking to invest in larger real estate properties without the hassles of day-to-day property management. Christopher Place also offers LLC investments to those who are not investing exchange proceeds.

In Valley Ranch Business Park, McMullen offers a total of 250,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space within single-story buildings in an open country-like setting featuring mature trees, wetlands, and grassy fields. The Ponds Office Centers, South and North, have 30,300 sq. ft. each. McMullen will modify space in its Valley Ranch buildings to a tenant's specific requirements.
