DENVER, CO -- The Indigio Group partnered with MediaNews Group Interactive to complete the launch of its online real estate platform for The Alameda Newspaper Group's San Francisco Bay area web site -- http://bayhomesite.com/.  This launch marks the conclusion to the final stages of completing the entire www.Insidebayarea.com website design and infrastructure.

In development for the past few months, the new site includes significant changes that feature integrated searches for rental listings, classified listings, commercial property, broker listings, and new homes, which helps users to quickly refine and focus results.  In addition, it will provide visitors with an easy-to-use dashboard, where registered users can save custom search listings and receive e-mail notification as listings change.

"We are excited to see the positive impact that Indigio's Real Estate Platform will bring to our position within the real estate community," said Dan Nelson, Interactive Product Manager for The Alameda Newspaper Group.  "We have already seen such a positive impact from the redesign of our www.Insidebayarea.com website that adding this platform will officially place us as an industry leader."

The Alameda Newspaper group is comprised of The Oakland Tribune, The Tri-Valley Herald, The San Mateo County Times, The Argus, The Daily Review, and The Alameda Times-Star.  InsideBayArea.com also serves The Marin Independent Journal.

"We believe the new platform will significantly enhance the variety and volume of advertising opportunities available to ANG clients," said Tim Higgins, President and CEO of Indigio.  "Furthermore, we know it will provide Internet real estate users in northern California the best possible online experience."

The new site will also feature a number of tools designed to help real estate brokers better target their advertising and marketing efforts.  These tools include featured listings -- enhanced summary listings, Neighborhood Experts placement and enhanced detailed listings.
