DALLAS, TX -- The Woodmont Company has announced six new lease agreements totaling 47,167 sf of shopping at Mansfield Town Center in Mansfield, Texas.
The Woodmont Company represented Curtis Kossman of Kossman development, landlord.
New tenants include:
* Exxcel Nail/Spa -- 1,630 square feet. Bob Moore, a Vice President of
Woodmont, represented the landlord. Opened in May 2006.
* FedEx Kinko's -- the first in Mansfield. 1,670 sf. Dorinda Cavender,
a Vice President of Woodmont, represented the landlord. She worked
with J.D. Robertson of United Commercial Realty, for FedEx Kinko's.
Open.
* Game Day Sports Bar & Grill -- first in Metroplex. 5,032 sf. Ms.
Cavender was broker. Will open in September.
* Grapevine Bike Center -- second store since opening in Grapevine in
1991. 2,535 sf. Ms. Cavender worked with Ronnie Caesar of St. Louis,
Missouri-based CCA for the Bike Center.
* Michael's Arts & Crafts -- first Michael's in Mansfield. 21,300 sf.
Mr. Moore negotiated with Michael's Arts & Crafts reps.
* PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. -- 15,000 sf. Mr. Moore represented the
landlord. Will open this fall.
Mansfield Town Center, located at the intersection of US Highway 287 and FM 157, has two 35-acre complexes encompassing the community's first multi- screen cinema as well as the variety of retail and office outlets, including Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse, which anchors the southeast corner of the five-year old development. Best Buy, CineMark, Michael's Arts and Crafts, and PETCO occupy the southwest corner.
Additional current tenants are Washington Mutual, Leslie's Pool Supplies, Quizno's, The Dinner Station, WineStyles, Monarch Dental, Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse, Sprint, Fancy Nail/Spa, Ton's Mongolian Grill, Applebee's Restaurant, IHOP, and On The Border Mexican Restaurant.
