| DESCRIPTION: | This group will provide an exchange of information in all aspects of real estate investing. Currently we are focusing on Investors who reside in the NORTHERN ILLINOIS area, but all investors and interested parties are welcome. We will be presenting investment training sessions, seminars and guest speakers (brokers, attorneys,lenders, contractors, appraisers, agents).
We have access to truly cooperative lenders, both conventional and hard money.
The purpose of this group is to make you a successful investor and to network you with the people and services you will need.
