| DESCRIPTION: | This is a group for CANADA, since there isnt a listing for us way up north I created this.
If you are interested in meeting people interested in investing in the GTA/southern Ontario then JOIN here. I know that Niagara Falls is a stretch, but its the closest listing to Toronto, (where im located), that we got on here.
Im a member on CANREIG, but there are only 17 total members on there. Difficult to meet people with those numbers, dont you think? Not too much traffic either, This site is much better. I cant believe there are that few people interested in investing in Toronto!?! If you feel like getting together all levels are welcome. Newbies to experienced investors(even one deal!). Landlords too. Lets give it a try. Lenders info can be shared, Hard money lenders also.
I for one need cash to offer to leads i have to purchase their properties at a reduced price for CASH!!! NOt just one deal...but 4-5 over the next year. Interest will be paid for all the deals!! Noone can offer what i am doing.
