| DESCRIPTION: | CCRIC was started as an informational and fellowship club in the Summer of 2001 as CCREIA and just a few members. Since then, we have had national speakers and seminars. Members of CCRIC can meet and ask questions about any topic relating to real estate, bring deals to buy, sell, or trade. We cover a variety of subjects including tax strageties, wholesaling, landlords, property managment etc. If you wish to expand your participation in the club, you may volunteer for any of several areas such as membership, speaker scheduling, seminar development and event planning. Just make your interest known at the next scheduled meeting. |
