Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has tried Darius Barazandeh's "Attorney's Secrets to Investing In Tax Lien Certificates".

What do you think about it?

Thanks

I just bought his Texas Houses for Pennies II.
It answered A LOT of my questions and cleared up a lot of things I was curious about.

I didnt like that throughout the entire course he continuously says its not legal advice and to consult with an attorney before applying any techniques....considering he is an attorney & he claims to be making the ultimate guide in a sense....Plus he will tell you certain things but then say "this isnt everything you need to look out for"

It probably depends on how much you know to whether it would be beneficial for you. It was definitely very beneficial to me,,but still leaves me with a good amount of unanswered questions and per him, I still need to consult a lawyer before even starting....
