The seller has zero feedback, I would be wary of that.
You also want to make sure you know what you're getting. Often lots are landlocked or undevelopable. Low priced lots like this often transfer many times from one uninformed buyer to the next because they see "cheap" land. Do your research before buying.
My concern would be that only a quit claim deed is offered. You would get "all" of the sellers right, title, and interest in the property- which may be none. If he does in fact own this property, why offer only a quit claim deed? He should offer the same deed he received.
Be sure to research the title and lien situation before buying!

Funny- I suspected the OP was actually trying to advertise these properties when I first read the post- I almost deleted it. Now that he has erased his original post after a little common sense feedback, I am almost sure of it.
Tell me it isn't true?
Chris
It's true.
Too many properties along with bad spelling and grammar in that ebay ad. Makes you wonder.
The OP should focus on selling one lot at a time, get some real info and pictures in there too -- and run the spell check.
Building up the zero feedback to say "10" wouldn't hurt either.
