You definitely have me confused. As far as I know usually in a short sale you have to have the negotiation with a homeowner before you can just say your doing a short sale on their home.

A note sale is different. However, sometimes a good place to start is ****Must participate a while before posting URL's***, county records, maybe they had mail forwarded to a different address. Which a title company/tax assessor could possibly let you know if their mail is being forwarded somewhere.

Next try neighbors. They may know where they moved to or where their employed. But good luck getting any info out of mine!

Outside of that not sure unless you have someone that can access lexis/nexis or accurint for you. Maybe pacer could help to. Maybe they filed a banko.

Good luck,

merlin was one of the few that would offer the service. Other were much more picky about business type, and have an office outside the home.
