Good investment?
Would you invest 329k to make a 32,5k return in 60-90days?

If those numbers are correct then I would invest Zero, double up and profit
30k on #1
26,400 on #2
35k on #3

Help me understand...

If you can sell them in 60-90 days why pay cash and not use your end buyers money?

Is there a reason you can't get an extension on the first deal? Even if it cost you a payment it's cheaper than paying cash.

And where's all your profit going??? Fee's and closing???

#1 had some title issuse that just were cleared up and we have milked the bank cow with extentions!!..lol no end buyer and it seems that there are few title companys that will do double closings... plus all fee's are paid mostly be the bank on our first close... maybe an extra 1,000 after second close...our realtors paid and the buyers realtors payed by the bank!!..lol why pay them myself?
