Been working on this deal for months. Got property shorted to $160K. Sold for $185K and appraisal only came in at $170K. BPO even came in at $175K. Dead deal unless I can get 2 appraisals for higher. Any suggestions?

You could Resubmit an offer at 140k, 80% of bpo, they may accept.
I would see if I can get the bank to order a new bpo. Then re submit a new offer based off the new value which should be lower. Providing the sales date isn't this week.
